Give us the information you already have. The platform owner can help prepare your club page and starting programme, then arrange review and handover with your administrator.

No account needed. Only the club name, your name, email and permission to share are required. You can leave uncertain details blank.

Have a PDF instead? After submitting, email it to clubs@roundupgolf.co.nz with your request reference. Do not include member lists, passwords or private information about children.

3. Send for review

Your details are saved privately in RoundUp and emailed to clubs@roundupgolf.co.nz for the platform owner to follow up. The form does not claim a club, grant administrator access or automatically publish the programme. See privacy and data use.

I can share these details with RoundUp for setup and follow-up. The club’s authorised representative will confirm the programme and handover.
