Member-prepared example · awaiting club handover
A starting point for Westown’s next administrator.
Westown is being used as an initial example because RoundUp’s platform owner is a member and knows the programme. The prepared schedule gives a future authorised administrator a starting point to review and maintain.
This is a member-prepared setup, not a claim that Westown has endorsed or taken over RoundUp. The club’s authorised representative still needs to confirm the programme and administrator responsibilities.
Prepared for review
- Club page and shared course calendar.
- Women’s Golf, Men’s Tour Group and Kids Coaching sections.
- Recurring sessions and Saturday Club Day / Haggle.
- Golf NZ booking links and dated special-event notices.
Before handover
- Confirm session times and programme exceptions with the club.
- Check public course access independently of who may enter an event.
- Resolve dates marked as needing confirmation.
- Verify the incoming administrator and assign the appropriate role.
